• preferred suppliers

Loupe gives you real-time/live claim status. The Loupe interface is very clear and easy to use. Click the View an Existing Claim button to see:

• Complete claims history
• Supporting documents collated in one easy-to-access area
• IVAA case manager or claims team contact details at a glance
• All quotes and details
• Any appointed jewellers
• History and research done by IVAA on your behalf
• Settlement reports
• Images of claims items
• Correspondence with customers
