Early next month, we are introducing new pricing for our services.

Pricing will not change for Insurers that have an agreement in place. Insurers that engage our services on an ad-hoc basis will be migrated to our “casual” service fee structure.

Why the change?

Since we set our pricing structure in June 2010, we have released several updates to our services to help your efficiencies and economies of scale. It means that the service we offer, is now better than ever before.

We have also found that each insurer is unique. For this reason, we want to offer better flexibility in our process to accommodate your requirements.

Introducing the "Casual" Service Fee Structure.

Have a claim with low limits, or just want us to organise a Store Card for a certain amount?

$100 +GST. Unlimited items.

• We will provide an Initial Estimate to confirm the cost.
• By issuing an In-Store Credit you can take advantage of an insurance discount through our panel jewellers.

Have a claim that you want replacement options?

$180 +GST. Up to 10 items. Each additional item is $10 +GST.

• Liaise with the insured, collect evidence and compile a schedule.
• Source comparative quotes.
• Report the options to your claims team, so that they can make an informed decision on what liability will be approved.
• Discuss approved replacement options with the insured.

Have an item you want inspected for quality?

$100 +GST.

• The item will be independently inspected for quality control purposes and to resolve any concerns for inferior quality.

Have an item for salvage?

10% +GST of the salvage.

• Identify opportunities to recover.
• Tender for return on items in good condition.
• Refine precious metals.
